JMC Kings pummel Agro Sailors in LYR Cup; advance to semi-final playoffs

If JMC Kings lost the crown days ago to Holy Trinity College by 91-90 score, the royalty authorities put the crown back on as they beat Agro Sailors with a 24-point lead in the final quarter in today’s playoffs.

The Kings made a strong come back to the ball court in the just-concluded game today, November 24, 2022, versus Agro Foundation College players with a 66-94 final score, making them advance to the semi-final playoffs.

Rookie ‘King’ David Mendiola, who’s a third-stringer wingman, made more good points for the team with 3 assists and 3 steals. That made him the ‘Player of the Game’.

The Kings are set to rival against Notre Dame College players tomorrow, November 25, 2022 to set hopeful for the final qualifiers.

This is the third win of JMC Kings since the opening of LYR Cup Season Playoffs.
