PACQ dares Hontiveros: ‘Go to court’

Amidst the ongoing controversies, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy (PACQ), founder of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC), breaks his silence. In an official audio statement released, he challenged Sen. Risa Hontiveros to go to a court of law instead of engaging in a campaign that aims to destroy his reputation.

“I challenge you. Go to court, make those allegations detailed in an affidavit, and let them sign it. And then, charge me with whatever charges you want to do,” PACQ said.

“If you cannot do that, you did not respect my constitutional rights. I will not, from now on, respect you as a senator of this country, because you are hearing innuendos and smearing my reputation,” he added.

“Because in the law, the guilt and innocence of any person are determined by a senate hearing but it is only determined by a competent court of law,” he emphasized.

“Don’t you respect the court?” he remarked. As he questioned the credibility of the witnesses presented at the Committee on Women and Children, he asked the Senator to bring them into a proper venue.

Meanwhile, a campaign “#SolidarityMovementforPastorApolloCQuiboloy” launched by his supporters, is currently circulating on social media to manifest their support for the Pastor.
