As regards retaining existing ones, we can achieve this by establishing an effective Customer Relationship Management System. HubSpot is one of the best platforms available on the internet nowadays. There should be a continuous communication engagement with existing customers so that we can lead them to becoming brand ambassadors.

Being able to respond promptly and being sympathetic are two of the important things to be done to ensure growth and retention of customer base. Effective business communication involves responding to queries in a very timely manner. It also involves being able to understand what the customers are feeling and help them arrive at a desirable outcome. With these combined, any business external communication can promote the growth of customer base.

Communication is crucial when dealing with service providers and external business contacts. Oftentimes, stakeholders need to be regularly updated on all products or services and processes to ensure a smooth flow in the value chain.

Going from long, frolic summer days back to the rigors of a classroom can be a challenge for any student like you. It’s totally normal for you to experience a mixture of emotions about returning to school. Jitters, for example. You may be asking questions such as

Will other students like me? Will I make friends easily? Will I fit in the squad?

This is especially true if you are a new student, a transferee, or it is your first time to go to school.

Try to communicate with your teacher be it through email, text, or even in person. Introduce yourself and share any concerns you may have. 2. Make connections.
